Return Policy

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

To start a return, email us at info@kate-me.com with your order number and a short note about why you'd like to return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

Please note: personalised or custom orders cannot be returned.
